As a woman, my sexual health is very important to me. As a seeker, my desire to learn more about the topic left me feeling frustrated.

Enter Tantra…my gateway to the vast universe of sexual health. In addition to receiving a robust education in the study of sexuality, connection, and energy, I was given a user’s guide to a well-balanced life full of Love and Abundance.

My desire also led me to create LOVE Flourishes.

So, what is desire? Are you in touch with your true desires? Do you know where to start on this tangible journey? Whether you are a man, woman, or a couple, I will help you to cultivate intrinsic tools to understand your desires and then incorporate them into your life–a rich life of actuating desires. You will also learn the technical aspects of arousal – both feminine and masculine – where the emphasis is placed first on pleasure and then relaying that pleasure to your lover through verbal and non-verbal communication.

I provide an inside/outside holistic approach

Combining my training as an Advanced Certified Tantra Educator – Elite with Source School of Tantra Yoga, (ACTE), and my skills as a Level 1 Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, (KMOG), along with a certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) , I provide an inside/outside holistic approach to learning, helping clients recognize and harness their energy.

Whether you choose to study in an intimate setting or enjoy a total immersion experience surrounded by nature, LOVE Flourishes is for you, your partner, your LIFE!

I attended a mind-expanding and heart-expanding experience in the woods with Deb. Before we even went into the forest, Deb taught us about being in the forest in a respectful way, such that we didn’t disrupt the harmony of nature, and she showed us how to listen to animal and bird sounds and see the fauna newly. It was amazing to be in a forest and be part of the forest.

There was an opportunity to meditate under a tree and create relationship with tree and earth energy. On a personal note, I attended this workshop, because as a New York City person, I wanted to create a deeper relationship with nature and I wanted to be one with Mother Earth.

After the tree sit, where we mediated. Deb created a sacred ceremony. We all got to share our experiences and Deb made an alter with the flowers, twigs and rocks we had gathered. She ended with a beautiful tea ceremony also made from the berries and other flowers and leafs she knew from the forest.

Deb made the experience safe, powerful, beautiful and sacred. And, I came away with a love of being in the forest and feeling it as a spiritual place.

meet your coach - Tracy

I fell in love with Tantra, it changed me in ways I never thought possible.

My heart broke wide open as I learned to love with all of me, not just my sexy bits. I felt the power of having a lover and also being a lover who is truly present. Enjoying time with that person without an agenda. Tantra expands me, I see a bigger picture, I have a greater capacity for love, I learn about myself, and I want to share all of this with you.

Through tantric work, I have seen the shedding of beliefs and constraints that don’t serve us anymore. Our bodies can become the storehouses of past traumas, we all have them, and they don’t have to own us. These traumas reshape both our bodies and our brains and tantra has been the vehicle for me to experience healing. This excites me!

Tantra can become a full way of life;

It can also be interlaced through aspects of our lives, we have the choice.

Bringing Tantra into my life has expanded my creativity, opened my mind to cosmic sex, and shown me the gifts from self love and acceptance. Learning to raise our energy and dance with that stardust energy can shine light into all the crevices of our lives. It’s incredible, I want an incredible life; I want you to experience one as well… don’t you?
